Access CONSULTANCY & COORDINATION

We offer a wide range of access consultancy, rooted in lived neurodivergent experience supported by the most recent research & practices. By proactively supporting creative teams, CompanyZE enables you to build truly accessible, empathetic, and sustainable working environments which lead to greater creative output. ZE will tailor any adjustments to your company, space, process and goals.

How does it work?

  1. Book a call

    • Join me for a short conversation about your companies needs. This is available via phone, zoom, or if in London or the North West we can meet in person. This allows me to begin to tailor a bespoke plan for your company and for you to let me know your goals.

  2. Non-disruptive observation & chats with key staff members

    • I’ll pop into your workspace for a few hours to observe working practices, and chat to key staff members.

  3. Create a bespoke plan

    • I’ll formulate a bespoke access plan and we will work together to ensure it is best suited to your team.

  4. Implementing!

    • I will support your team to implement strategies and policies at a pace which works for them. Depending on your plan I may facilitate training, hold 1:1 mentoring, and assist in environmental shifts.

  5. Evaluation

    • We’ll continually evaluate the process to facilitate reflection & ensure we can build support which suits everyone.
